Customer Success Analyst — Drive Value (US Hours)

TRG Screen in Belfast, Northern Ireland is seeking a Customer Success Analyst to partner with customers and ensure they realize maximum value from our platform. You will work with Care, Sales, Professional Services, and Managed Services to drive retention and growth.

You will translate customer goals into outcomes, deliver proactive recommendations, and help customers in both Financial and Legal segments. Strong analytics, data operations experience, and excellent communication are essential.
