Despatch Operations Leader (OTIF & Safety)

Genuit Group is seeking an experienced Despatch Supervisor to lead the daily despatch operation and ensure on-time, accurate loading and dispatch. You will mentor Despatch Team Leaders, manage resources, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and support customer service targets while maintaining a safe and organised despatch area in a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
