As anOperations Supervisor based inEastleigh you’ll be responsiblefor:
Servingcustomers behind the trade counter and provide productrecommendation.
Processingorders online and in store fromsuppliers.
Managing stock inthe warehouse and tradecounter.
Dealing and openingnew accounts in order to generate newbusiness.
Dealing withdeliveries.
Leading a smallteam within thebranch.
Thisis a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday toFriday 07:30am-16:30pm with 1hrs break. 1in 3 Saturday and the rota basis 08:00-12:00 paid asovertime.
And here’swhat we’d like you tohave:
Previousindustry or merchant experience and knowledge in plumbing/heatingproducts
Prior experience ina Face to Face customer service/salesenvironment.
Previousexperience as a supervisor –essential.
To be a teamplayer who is happy to take on a diverse role to carry out all jobsin the branch to ensure it runssmoothly.
Keenness to learn,with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong workethic.
