Client Service Specialist for Financial Planners (Hybrid)

Rathbones in Belfast is seeking a proactive Client Services Administrator to join the local office, supporting Financial Planners and their clients. You will coordinate service delivery, maintain client records and ensure regulatory compliance in day-to-day activities.

You’ll handle AML and MiFID II procedures, manage workloads, and provide training and guidance within the team while keeping CRM systems up to date and liaising with Investment Managers and clients.
