Onsite IT Support Technician — First Line

IrvinGQ is seeking an IT Technician to be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT support across the business. You will own the helpdesk queue, resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters with clear notes and evidence.

The role focuses on reliable, security-conscious first-line support and improving response times, with on-site duties based in Llangeinor and occasional travel to sites in Letchworth and Toulouse.
