Overview

In this role you will support a fast-growing Top 100 City law firm with a focus on real estate finance and commercial property. You will help lenders and borrowers navigate secured lending, bridge and development loans, and enforcement, while also handling acquisitions, disposals, and ongoing asset management. The position offers mentoring and structured career progression within a collaborative culture. Responsibilities

• Advising on real estate finance including bridging, development loans, recovery and enforcement, and secured lending (including private banks)
• Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Commercial L&T (land and property) work
• Asset management and ongoing portfolio work

Key requirements

• 5+ PQE in England & Wales
• Commercial property experience gained within a UK law firm
• Real estate finance experience gained within a UK law firm
