Consultant and Senior Consultant – Real Estate Advisory

Overview

In this role you will help clients strategically reposition how their buildings are used to transform work processes and outcomes. You’ll analyze real estate portfolios with data-driven methods and develop robust business cases to unlock funding. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders across public and private sectors. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to tailor real estate solutions addressing real problems
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis (feasibility studies) to support business cases and estate solutions
• Provide expert advice on current real estate trends and sector developments
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality, timely, on-budget outcomes
• Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities and prepare compelling proposals across Scotland

Key requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client-side environment
• In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry
• Proven experience drafting strategic documents such as Business Cases and/or Estate Strategies
• Knowledge of HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model
• Experience in at least one sector (Defence / Local Government / Central Government / Healthcare / Education / Commercial) and understanding of related legislation and procurement
• Effective communicator who listens to client needs
