Responsibilities

• Handle commercial real estate aspects of renewables and energy/infrastructure projects
• Manage site assembly, land due diligence, access, title work, options, leases and development
• Draft and negotiate project-related agreements
• Engage with wind, solar, hydrogen, nuclear, battery/EV charging, offshore wind, ports and airports projects
• Work on DCO and CPO schemes
• Operate within a high-profile, energy-focused real estate team

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor, England & Wales with 5–10 PQE
• Currently working for a UK law firm specialising in commercial real estate within the energy sector

• Commercial real estate expertise in energy sector
