Overview
In this role you will lead mechanical design activities for a market-leading renewables company, guiding products through full lifecycle development. You will act as a subject matter expert for your product group and shape the future of the business unit as it grows. You will drive design reviews, verification, and project management, while coaching a team to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. This is an opportunity to influence design direction and scale impact across cross-functional teams.

Key requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven track record as a Senior/Lead Engineer
- Strong simulation skills (ideally OrcaFlex)
- Sound knowledge of 1st principles
- Team leadership experience
- Energy/Renewables industry experience (desirable)
