Financial Controller – ERP Transformation (Hybrid)

BCA, the UK’s largest B2B used vehicle service, is seeking a Financial Controller on a fixed-term contract to February 2028. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days in the Blackbushe office, covering month-end close, reporting, and ERP transformation.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, lead a small team, and manage cash flow and compliance. Ideal candidates are ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong ERP experience and a proactive, performance-driven mindset.
