Senior Private Client Solicitor role at a leading Legal 500 firm in Liverpool, focused on leading and growing the Private Client practice with autonomy and strategic influence. Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Private Client department with autonomy
• Collaborate with the managing partner and contribute to strategic direction
• Influence recruitment decisions and build the team
• Manage a varied caseload (wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, Court of Protection)
• Develop and nurture client relationships and drive business development
• Support the department during a major growth phase and transformation

Key requirements

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor with 6+ years PQE
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial with leadership aspirations
• Experience leading or supervising a team is desirable
• Strong client-facing skills and appetite for business development
