Senior Quantity Surveyor – Rail Signalling/ Electrification

Overview

In this role you will join a leading tier-one contractor on a major rail infrastructure upgrade. You will deliver quantity surveying expertise across a large project, ensuring commercial performance and effective cost control. You will work closely with the site and commercial teams to manage contracts on a UK rail upgrade. This is a time-bound opportunity with potential rail depot exposure and travel subsistence for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• manage commercial aspects of a large rail infrastructure project
• administer contracts and procurement processes

Key requirements

• experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large infrastructure/rail projects
• several years of relevant experience
