In this role you will support a growing Property Litigation team at a respected regional firm. You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property disputes and provide practical guidance to clients across leases, covenants, and ownership issues. Your work will shape how clients navigate complex property disputes while supporting the firm’s growth and client base.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property disputes
• Advise on lease disputes, breaches, renewals, rent arrears and forfeiture
• Handle dilapidations, breach of covenant, and landlord/tenant disputes
• Advise on easements, rights of way, adverse possession, boundary and party wall issues
• Address farming partnership disputes and related property concerns
• Support networking and business development to grow client profile

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with ~4+ PQE in Commercial Property Litigation
• Strong technical expertise across contentious property matters
• Commercially minded with excellent client-facing skills
