Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Handle matters from instruction through to post-completion
• Record time and meet billing targets
• Supervise trainee lawyers and support staff (desirable)
• Advise on a broad range of land and property matters
• Contribute to the growth and development of the department

Key requirements

• 5+ PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Experience in residential property and general land law
• Confident managing a busy caseload independently
• Strong client care, communication and organizational skills
• Experience supervising junior team members (desirable)
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach
