Overview

In this role you will support procurement across facilities management, EBME, capital equipment and infrastructure. You will work closely with hospital teams and suppliers to manage purchasing data, contracts and records, helping ensure accurate, timely and compliant procurement. You will handle RFQs, RFPs and purchase orders using key systems, and act as a responsive point of contact for stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement administration across FM, EBME, capital equipment and infrastructure requirements
  • Monitor Capital Procurement Inbox and respond to routine enquiries
  • Raise and administer RFQs, RFPs and Purchase Orders using Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2
  • Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers and inform hospital and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain the EBME Master Tracker with accurate PO, supplier and delivery data
  • Upload contracts and supporting documents to Atamis Contract Management System and maintain contract records
  • Serve as a helpful, responsive point of contact for hospital teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding procurement administration

Key requirements

  • A Level qualification or equivalent education/experience
  • Experience in administration, procurement support or coordination
  • Experience maintaining databases, trackers, records or MIS
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Strong numerical, analytical and data management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
