You will work closely with senior investment managers to assess market trends, property performance, and financial viability. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, market data, and property-specific information to assess investment potential.
• Develop detailed financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, IRR, and ROI calculations.
• Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, including site visits and feasibility studies.
• Monitor existing portfolio performance and identify opportunities for value enhancement.
• Stay abreast of economic conditions and real estate market trends affecting investment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Investment Analyst or in a similar financial analysis role.
• Strong financial modeling skills using Excel and other relevant software.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate findings clearly in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with real estate market data sources and valuation methodologies.
