Broker Growth & Partnerships Lead

Wayflyer Limited is seeking a broker growth specialist to scale our broker panel and convert referrals into funded deals. You will train brokers, build lasting relationships, and review referrals to provide indicative offers by reading financials.

You will manage your portfolio end-to-end, turning referrals into revenue and representing Wayflyer at industry events. You should have a track record in business lending, a strong network with brokers, and comfort working with numbers.
