Real Estate Fund Controller — Hybrid + Bonus

Trident International Associates seeks a qualified Fund Controller for a high-impact real estate investment business. You will own fund finance across commercial funds, LPs, SPVs and related structures, with exposure to acquisitions, refinancing and disposals.

You will partner with Investment and Asset Management teams, lead audits, and help drive process improvements within a collaborative finance function.
