In this role you will deliver Red Book valuations for secured lending across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential assets, collaborating with a national network to maintain high-quality service. You will support large portfolio instructions, leverage the latest technology, and contribute to a growing national valuation team within a respected independent property consultancy. Responsibilities

• Carry out Red Book valuations for secured lending and accounting purposes
• Enhance efficiency and profitability of valuation work for the team
• Provide high-quality valuation advice to a wide range of clients

Key requirements

• MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status essential
• 2 years PQE valuation experience (or close to it)
• Full driving licence and access to a car
