Dumper Roller Driver

Dumper / Roller Operative (Rawcliffe Bridge, DN14 8PN) – Fulltime

An opportunity to work on a major infrastructure project in Rawcliffe Bridge, delivering important works over the coming years.

PAYE basis

Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)

Must Have

• Valid Blue CPCS
• Previous experience working on major construction, highways or infrastructure projects
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
• Ability to operate plant safely and efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and proactive approach to work

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 9T Dual View Dumper and 4T Padfoot Roller
• Carry out pre-start checks and report any defects
• Support earthworks, compaction and site preparation activities
• Assist site teams with daily construction activities
• Follow site procedures and Health & Safety requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Work alongside groundworkers, supervisors and other plant operatives
• Support the successful delivery of major infrastructure works
