Real Estate Equity Asset Manager — Lead Modeling & Growth

Bellwether is seeking an Equity Associate to support the Asset Management team, focusing on financial modeling, fund-level reporting, and underwriting real estate investments. You’ll collaborate with decision-makers and senior leaders to assess performance and optimize returns.

The role involves monitoring a portfolio of real estate equity investments, building asset-level cash flow forecasts, and mentoring junior team members while traveling locally 1–2 times per month as needed.
