In this role you will handle a varied, high-value construction disputes caseload within a collaborative Bristol team. Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of construction dispute resolution and advisory matters
- Handle complex contentious work including final account and loss & expense claims, defects disputes, PFI/PPP and major projects disputes, and high-value adjudications and litigation
- Provide strategic legal advice to developers, funders, contractors and public sector bodies
- Support business development and contribute to growth of the national construction practice
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-5 PQE in construction disputes
- Experience in PFI/PPP or major projects disputes not essential but desirable
- Strong drafting, analytical and client handling skills
- Ambitious, proactive, eager to tackle high-profile work
