CFAS – Senior Manager

Overview

In this role, you assess business interruption and other financial losses for clients, and help negotiate settlements. You will travel for site visits, meet with insurers and claimants, and work with the wider GTS team to deliver outcomes. You’ll develop client relationships, promote the business, and support junior colleagues. This is a client-focused, problem-solving position within a values-driven, One Crawford culture.

Responsibilities

• Assess BI and financial claims and provide analytical conclusions
• Negotiate and settle claims with parties
• Travel for site visits and external meetings
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Maintain and update case files with technical or legal changes
• Develop working relationships with clients and identify new opportunities
• Support and mentor less experienced staff
• Promote the business internally and externally

Key requirements

• Experienced in Forensic Accounting and/or Business Interruption claims
• Accountancy qualification
• Experience of managing staff
