Transformation Management Lead – ERP Oracle Fusion Program

Overview

In this role you drive SGS’s global ERP transformation program as Transformation Management Lead, owning the ERP Transformation Management Office and aligning Oracle Fusion deployment with the Finance Target Operating Model. You will coordinate Finance, GBS, IT, regions and partners to standardize processes, govern the program and realize business value. This is a high-visibility, executive leadership opportunity to shape SGS’s future finance operating model and global deployments. You will influence cross-functional teams and manage change at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO)
• Drive the Oracle Fusion transformation roadmap
• Ensure alignment with the Finance Target Operating Model
• Coordinate business, IT and external implementation partners globally
• Maintain governance across program workstreams
• Drive global process standardization and best-practice adoption
• Implement scalable Oracle Fusion solutions with minimal customization
• Balance global standards with local regulatory requirements
• Establish robust process ownership and governance
• Establish and lead governance structures and executive steering committees
• Manage risks, dependencies, escalations and decision-making processes
• Monitor program performance via KPIs and dashboards
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across global teams
• Drive organizational readiness across regions and business units
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption strategies
• Oversee training and deployment readiness
• Support transition into business-as-usual operations
• Own delivery of the business case and transformation outcomes
• Measure financial and operational benefits
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned programs

Key requirements

• 15+ years of leadership in Finance Transformation, ERP or large-scale transformations
• Proven success with global ERP transformations, ideally Oracle Fusion
• Strong expertise in Finance Target Operating Model design and implementation
• Experience in Shared Services and Global Business Services environments
• Track record managing multinational stakeholders and multi-country deployments
• Strong understanding of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes
