Overview

In this role you drive growth by winning strategic, multi-threaded enterprise deals and expanding our footprint with both new and existing customers. You’ll act as a consultative advisor, align Pluralsight’s value with customer tech talent objectives, and navigate complex sales cycles with cross-functional partners. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new business within a defined territory, including white space and existing spend accounts
  • Develop tailored territory and account plans to maximize revenue
  • Research customer objectives and technology priorities to align Pluralsight’s value proposition
  • Apply the Pluralsight sales framework to drive outcomes
  • Collaborate with business development, customer success, marketing, product, and sales engineers
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end
  • Travel to engage with customers and advance partnerships

Key requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Track record of $1M+ revenue and closing six-figure deals ($200k+) in complex cycles
  • Experience selling to senior/executive stakeholders (C-Suite, technology, talent leaders)
  • Hunter skills with a proven ability to secure new logos
  • Expertise in business development, prospecting, and pipeline management
  • Proven use of MEDDPICC or similar value-based selling framework
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience; Edtech a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
  • Hybrid work model: Dublin on-site Tue-Thu; remote Mon/Wed
