Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Residential Senior Carer at one of our care homes in Walton-on-Thames to lead a team of carers and deliver person-centred care.
You will supervise shifts, assist with medication, review care plans and liaise with GPs, district nurses and families to support residents’ wellbeing.
Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, prior residential care experience, and a warm, compassionate approach.
