Delivery Operations Coordinator

phs Group is seeking an Operations Administrator to support the Operations Centre in the UK. You will coordinate service routes, brief and debrief drivers, and act as a bridge between drivers and the Operations & Service Manager to ensure smooth deliveries and excellent customer service.

You will handle driver calls, allocate work per KPIs, and prepare data for briefing sessions, while seeking improvements to operating methods and real-time route/attendance processing.
