Job Description:
Andsimple, a private-equity and real-estate focused family office, seeks a Paralegal to work closely with its senior lawyer across legal support, company secretarial and compliance.
The role includes drafting and reviewing NDAs and contracts, reviewing investment documentation (LP, loan, shareholder agreements), and coordinating with external counsel across Cayman, BVI, Guernsey and Dubai entities. A background in corporate law or private equity is desirable, in a small team.
