We’re working with a growing accountancy practice in Northampton that’s looking for an Accounts Semi Senior to join its team.
This is a great opportunity if you’re looking to build on your existing practice experience, broaden your technical knowledge and progress within a firm that will support your longer-term career development.
The Role
You’ll work across a varied client portfolio, with responsibilities including:
- Preparing year-end statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
- Completing VAT returns
- Assisting with management accounts and bookkeeping where required
- Liaising directly with clients and dealing with day-to-day queries
- Working closely with senior team members on more complex assignments
- Gradually taking on greater client responsibility as you progress
About You
We’re keen to hear from anyone with previous accounts experience within a UK accountancy practice. You may be AAT qualified, studying ACA/ACCA, or developing your career through experience.
You don’t need to tick every box. If you’ve got a good grounding in practice accounts and are looking for your next move, we’d encourage you to apply.
