Museum Box Office & Guest Experience Associate

The British Museum in London is seeking a Box Office Assistant to join our Visitor & Security Services team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, helping them access exhibitions, events and lectures while delivering outstanding service.

As part of a small team, you will develop a solid understanding of the museum’s work, collections and public programmes, while supporting continuous improvements across the box office function.
