Dynamic Social Worker: Adult Care (Hybrid)

Wmjobs is seeking a motivated Social Worker in the North community Social Work team in Shropshire. The role involves assessing and arranging support for adults to promote independence, with a focus on older people, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

You will work with clients in their homes, local hubs, and via online casework. We value the ability to work at pace under pressure, strong organisational and IT skills, and a compassionate approach to service users and their families.
