Overview
In this partnership-track role, you will lead high-caliber real estate work within a top UK law firm’s Commercial Property team in Oxfordshire. You will advise landlords, tenants, developers, investors and occupiers on complex matters, while shaping the growth of the practice through business development and key client relationships. The role combines senior legal leadership with strategic BD activity to expand the firm’s real estate offering. You’ll work in a collaborative, performance-driven environment with a strong focus on client outcomes and continuity of service.

Responsibilities
- Advising landlords, tenants, developers, investors and commercial occupiers on a broad range of real estate matters
- Handling complex acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment transactions, secured lending and development projects
- Playing a key strategic role in growing the Real Estate practice through business development, networking and client relationship management
- Demonstrating excellent technical ability, commercial awareness and leadership to develop and grow client relationships
- Contributing to the firm’s reputation and market position through a demonstrable client following and strong network
Key requirements
- 10+ years’ PQE in commercial property
