Consultant- Real Estate Advisory Healthcare

Overview

As a Consultant in Real Estate Consulting, you help health and social care clients assess and test real estate investment opportunities. You will shape estate and investment strategies, develop business cases, and support decision-making through rigorous analysis. You work with cross-functional teams to manage programmes, engage clients, and drive change. Responsibilities

• Prepare business cases (SOC/OBC/FBC) and estate/property strategies
• Develop target operating models for property portfolio and support change management
• Engage clients at multiple levels and manage client relationships
• Analyse large datasets and present evidence-based solutions
• Demonstrate programme, project, and contract management skills
• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams and handle data-driven decision making
• Support business case authoring and development following HM Treasury 5-case model

Key requirements

• Batchelors degree
• Project Management Qualification (Prince 2 or MSP or equivalent)
• Business Case Writing Skills or equivalent experience
• Experience in client-side and consultancy environments
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasion and influencing skills
• Financial literacy and commercial understanding with analytical capability
• Ability to integrate commercial, strategic, and operational perspectives
• Experience handling large and complex datasets
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) including presentation skills
• Flexible, able to travel, manage workload under pressure
• Knowledge of HM Treasury 5-case model
