Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end residential development transactions
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Develop and maintain client relationships to grow workload
- Contribute to business development and growth strategy
- Enhance market share and brand awareness through proactive engagement
Key requirements
- At least 6 years PQE as an England & Wales Solicitor
- Extensive experience in quality real estate development work
- Experience with real estate investors and site assembly/estate set up
- Strong internal and external networking skills
- Ability to coach and mentor others and share expertise
