Senior Consultant – Real Estate Advisory

Overview

As a Senior Consultant in our Real Estate Advisory team, you will help clients shape how their buildings support strategy and performance. You’ll analyze portfolios, develop robust business cases, and lead cross‑functional teams to unlock funding and drive growth. This role operates across sectors nationwide, translating complex real estate challenges into actionable opportunities. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver tangible outcomes that align with our ambitious 2025 growth vision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to design tailored real estate solutions for real-world problems
• Conduct in-depth research and feasibility analyses to underpin business cases and estate strategies
• Provide expert guidance on current real estate trends and sector developments
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities and craft compelling proposals

Key requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry
• 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client-side environment
• Proven experience authoring strategic documents such as Business Cases and/or Estate Strategies
• Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model
• Experience in at least one of: Defence, Local Government, Central Government, Healthcare, Education, or Commercial with understanding of relevant policy and procurement
• Effective communicator who listens and understands client needs
