Overview

In this role you will lead sophisticated real estate finance matters within a partner-led team at a Top 100 UK firm. You will handle acquisition, development, investment and refinancing finance for lenders and borrowers across commercial and residential assets, engaging closely with Partners and high-net-worth clients. You support complex transactions and contribute to long-term client relationships in a prestigious, growth-minded practice. This is an opportunity to drive high-value deals while progressing toward partnership in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise on acquisition and development finance, investment finance, refinancing and secured lending
• Act for both lenders and borrowers on high-value property transactions
• Collaborate with Partners and senior lawyers on complex matters
• Provide drafting and negotiation expertise to secure favorable outcomes
• Engage directly with clients and manage client expectations
• Work across cross-practice teams (Real Estate, Private Wealth, Construction, Corporate) to deliver client solutions

Key requirements

• 6+ PQE in Real Estate Finance
• Experience in a City or specialist property practice
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded with strong client-facing abilities
• Willingness to take on increasing responsibility and progression toward partnership
• Unknown degree or additional qualifications
