You will handle investment, development, portfolio, and cross-border financings, shaping transactions and client relationships. You will mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development to grow a market-leading practice. You will work across real estate, construction, planning, tax and corporate teams to deliver integrated solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead investment and development financings and portfolio multi-asset financings
• Manage acquisition and refinancing transactions
• Handle cross-border real estate finance matters
• Oversee corporate real estate-backed lending structures
• Lead complex borrower and lender-side mandates
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Construction, Planning, Tax and Corporate teams
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and support business development

Key requirements

• Significant experience advising on real estate finance transactions
• Experience acting for lenders, borrowers or both
• Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills
• Ability to manage matters with a degree of autonomy
• Experience supervising and developing junior team members
