Empowering Community Support Worker – Help People Thrive

Spectrum Care Trust is seeking a caring Community Support Worker in West Auckland to help people with intellectual disabilities find meaningful life and work experiences. You will support individuals to build friendships, participate in community activities, and pursue education or employment goals.

A full-time role (40 hours/week) offers shifts including day and afternoon hours. You will need empathy, patience, and excellent English, with a NZ driver license preferred; INZ Level 3 requirements
