Forecasting & Resource Planning Analyst

Hiscox is seeking a Resource Planning Analyst to shape workforce planning and service optimisation across Hiscox UK operations. You will contribute to mid- and short-term planning, ensuring the right people are in the right place, across front and back office teams, in a hybrid working environment.

You will analyse historical data to forecast demand, support scheduling and improve workforce utilisation, while building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering service KPIs.
