Customer Service Manager – Lead & Optimize B2B Support

Macphie Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the Glenbervie team, supporting UK, Europe and international customers. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic process improvement, driving OTIF performance and customer satisfaction across multiple markets.

You will mentor and develop the team, manage workloads, and work closely with Supply Chain, Commercial and other functions to deliver a proactive, insight-led customer service function. A hybrid work model is involved.
