Civil Project Manager – Groundworks & Utilities (Teesside)

American Society of Civil Engineers seeks a permanent Project Manager to lead a £3m civil engineering package on the Net Zero Teesside development. You will take overall responsibility for safe, on-time delivery and manage direct labour, subcontractors and site resources.

Working hours on Teesside site are 07:00-16:30. The role offers a long-term regional pipeline across Teesside, Darlington, Newcastle and the North, with strong emphasis on programme, cost control and quality.
