Community Mental Health Support Worker – Outreach

Agincare in Bromley is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join the Borough Floating Support team, providing outreach support to individuals living in their own homes and local communities to promote independence and wellbeing.

You will need excellent people skills, a positive and proactive approach, and a genuine passion for supporting people with mental health needs, including those with learning disabilities or autism.
