Lead Maintenance Engineer – Hydraulics & Pneumatics (Aerospace)

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader for a Burgess Hill-based aerospace simulator specialist. The role focuses on leading a small team and acting as the technical expert on hydraulic and pneumatic systems, with opportunities for progression and in-house training.

You will manage planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on simulators and related systems, diagnose faults, and supervise qualification test schedules while supporting junior technicians.
