Assistant Engineering Manager — Lead Bus Tech Team

First Bus London is seeking an organised, hands-on Assistant Engineering Manager to keep our Wandsworth Garage fleet safe, compliant and ready for service. You will support daily operations, lead the team and ensure workshop and safety standards are consistently high.

You will mentor Working Charge Hands and engineering staff, collaborate with Operations and Contractors, and deliver training and risk assessments while reporting on performance and costs.
