Responsibilities

• Take ownership of performance and quality with analytical problem-solving to deliver client-focused outputs
• Plan and execute work effectively, identifying value opportunities and knowing when to act independently or escalate
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to build strong relationships and maintain a professional approach
• Communicate clearly to support productive ways of working and address challenges professionally
• Administer and manage contracts with cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, change management, and variance control
• Work with client and contractor teams to meet KPIs, governance, cost control and value engineering
• Provide commercial leadership to improve forecast accuracy and finalize accounts
• Contribute to internal excellence via lessons learned, knowledge management, and process improvements

Key requirements

• Degree or HNC level qualification
• NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience
• Cost / commercial management experience on energy or infrastructure projects
• Experience on major programmes or project portfolios
• Professional Chartership (preferable)
