Remote Senior Employment Lawyer with 5+ PQE

KMA Legal Recruitment is representing a niche employment law practice seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join the team. The successful candidate will handle a broad spectrum of matters for both employers and individuals, including contentious and non-contentious work, and will advise senior executives on exit packages.

The role is fully remote with a strong benefits package, including a lucrative bonus scheme. Full-time is preferred, but 4 days a week will be considered.
