HSE Manager – High-Hazard Manufacturing Leader

Hudson Shribman is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead HSE across a high-hazard South East manufacturing site. The role requires strong knowledge of COMAH, process safety, and regulatory compliance, with leadership over the HSE team and coordination with site leadership.

You will drive improvements to reduce injuries, manage critical controls, and lead training and emergency response activities as required. Occasional site travel is expected.
