Lead Packaging Engineering for New Labeling & Packaging Ops

Moderna is seeking a Packaging Engineering leader to drive a brand-new labeling and secondary packaging operation at the Harwell site. You will establish the operation from the ground up and then build a high-performing engineering function delivering long-term operational excellence.

You will work with global teams to ensure compliant, reliable packaging operations and may leverage digital technologies and Generative AI tools to support maintenance planning and process improvements.
