Valuations Administrator – Portfolio Services (FTC)

Overview

In this Investment Operations role, you support accurate portfolio administration and client service within a growing wealth management firm. You will maintain records, process corporate actions, and ensure data integrity across valuations and regulatory documentation. You collaborate with investment managers to deliver precise reporting and timely operations, contributing to a client-first, integrity-driven culture. Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client portfolio records with accurate stock transactions, holdings, tax costs and valuations
• Ensure all documentation is recorded and kept for audit and regulatory purposes
• Process corporate actions affecting investment holdings and client portfolios
• Maintain and update investment performance data
• Perform daily price validation checks on market data feeds
• Support ongoing integrity and accuracy of the stock database
• Coordinate and prepare probate valuations as required
• Contribute to delivering high standards of operational support to investment managers and clients

Key requirements

• Experience in operations, administration, back-office, or financial services
• Experience maintaining accurate records and performing reconciliations
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
