Strategic Financial Restructuring Associate – London

Jefferies in London is seeking an experienced Associate for its Financial Restructuring team. You will play a key role in origination and execution of complex restructuring mandates, collaborating with senior bankers, clients, investors, and legal advisers.

You will work on debtor-side and creditor-side assignments, distressed M&A, liability management, and capital structure advisory across industries. Mentoring Analysts and delivering high-quality financial analysis will be core to the role.
